I sell investment property across Utah. That includes duplexes, fourplexes, apartment buildings, townhome communities, rental portfolios, and commercial property.

It's my homework

The part of my story that explains this report is a little embarrassing.

I spent my first ten years in this business as a residential agent and broker. I built a sales team. I ran a large national franchise brokerage. I flipped a few houses. And in all those years, I never owned a single rental property.

Ten years in, I took a hard look at my own finances. The truth was plain. I had built a good career helping other people buy and sell real estate. But I owned almost nothing myself. No rentals. No cash flow. No real wealth from property.

So I changed it. I rebuilt my business around investment real estate. And I started this report for a selfish reason: I needed to force myself to study the Utah investment market every single week.

The Utah Investor Report is my homework. I just decided to publish it.
